About Commissioner Kevin Dorsey

Kevin Dorsey was born in Dothan, Alabama and raised in a single parent home. He graduated from Northview High School in 1998 and was a member of Troy University’s Southland Conference Championship football team in 1999.

Kevin and his wife Tunesia are devoted parents to their twins, Kaylin and Kevin and are active members of North Highlands Baptist Church. Kevin is a former member of Toastmasters International, The Board of Zoning Adjustment, Neighbors Improving Children’s Education, and the Dothan Area Young Professionals.

Kevin Dorsey owns TT’s Beauty Supply and Q&A Consulting Services in Dothan, Alabama as well as KD Beauty Supply in Troy, Alabama.

Kevin has served as Dothan’s District 1 City Commissioner since 2014.
