Authority: Resolution Number 1210 Adopted March 7, 1950. Ordinance Book 5, Page 108. Act Number 82-297 provided for 9 member board. Resolution Number 6889 increased membership to 9. Resolution Number 92-223 appointed 7 members and authorized the members to be reduced to 8 on May 10, 1994 and then to 7 on May 13, 1996. Meeting dates are scheduled for the second Thursday of each month at 12 noon.
Resolution Number 2009-360, dated 9/22/09, amended the terms of members to coincide with those of their respective appointing Commissioner and Mayor.
