1. How old do cheerleaders have to be?

We have cheerleading for girls ages 9-12. Your address determines which Recreation Center where you can register. Call any center and they will help you determine which is the proper center for you. All games are played at Westgate's Northcutt and Doug Tew's Rip Hewes Fields.

2. How much does cheerleading cost?

It costs $20 to register for cheerleading. A sleeveless V-neck t-shirt is provided. Sponsors will ask that you buy matching shorts or a skirt. The colors vary for each team. Each team is allowed to use pom-poms and return them to Leisure Services.
