Immediately after a vehicle crash you should contact dispatch at (334) 793-0215 to request an officer to take a crash report. If there are injuries, please call 911 so that medical assistance can be dispatched without delay. You should also notify your insurance carrier of the crash either by calling their claims center or via your carrier's mobile app. Let them know the report number you are provided by the investigating officer so that they can obtain a copy of the crash report.

Officer Dispatch - By calling the Dothan Police Department Communications Center at (334) 615-3000. An officer will be dispatched to the site of the incident and will prepare a written report. In certain non-emergency situations you can also file a report online.
