Beginning Tuesday, October 4, 2016, the City of Dothan along with Arrington Curb & Excavation will be constructing a roundabout at Campbellton Highway and Southgate Road intersection. The intersection will be closed to through traffic and motorists are asked to use extreme caution in this area during this time. All through traffic should use U.S Highway 231 (S. Oates Street), W. Inez Road, and Blackmon Road to avoid this area. A sign detour will be in place for this route. The intersection will be closed for approximately three weeks depending on weather conditions.
