[ARCHIVED] Water World’s Triple Flume Slide Set to Re-Open on June 11, 2016

The City of Dothan is pleased to announce that the renovations to Water World’s Triple Flume Slide are nearing completion! This renovation project was necessary in order to transform the previously concrete slide into a fiberglass version, which provides a safer, smoother, and slightly faster ride for park visitors to enjoy.

With the safety of our citizens being the top priority, the Water World staff plans to thoroughly inspect the Triple Flume Slide before it re-opens. Therefore, while our target date for re-opening the Slide is this weekend beginning Saturday, June 11, 2016, the opening could potentially be delayed if safety concerns are detected.

In the event of a delay, Water World will continue to provide a $2.00 discount off the regular price of admission. The 2016 admission rates are $9.00 for children ages 3-12, $12.00 for adults ages 13-59, and FREE for children 2 and under or seniors age 60 and above. For more information, please call Water World Water Park at (334) 615-3750 or visit www.waterworlddothan.com.
