During the weekend of March 18-20th the Westgate Softball Complex entrance at the water tower will be used exclusively as the National BMX entrance. All park users on this weekend should use one of the other park entrances.
Also the Westgate bike trail directly behind the softball complex and BMX track will be closed for the National BMX race March 18-20. All cyclists will be diverted to the walking trail in this area. Walkers & cyclists should be particularly careful in crossing the entrance near the water tower and the Choctaw St. crossing with the added traffic this weekend.
