[ARCHIVED] Customer Satisfaction Phone Survey For Dothan Utilities’ Customers

The Alabama Municipal Electric Authority (AMEA) has contracted with GreatBlue Research, a Hometown Connections vendor/partner, to conduct customer satisfaction surveys of 2,800 randomly selected residential and commercial customers of Dothan Utilities. Similar surveys were conducted on behalf of AMEA’s Members in 2002, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2013.

The 2015 survey will begin on Monday, November 9, 2015. The survey questions have been designed to help the utility better understand the opinions of its customers about a variety of topics such as perceptions of the company, and interactions with customer service and field service personnel. The survey will provide an opportunity for customers to identify issues of concern to them.

For security purposes, please note that survey agents will identify themselves as representatives of GreatBlue Research and that they are conducting the survey on behalf of Dothan Utilities/AMEA. Also, survey agents will not ask for personal information such as social security numbers, account numbers, credit card information, etc. It is anticipated that the survey will take 5-7 minutes to complete.

On behalf of the City of Dothan, the Dothan Utilities Department would like to thank our citizens for their assistance in helping us analyze ways in which we can better serve you!
