The City of Dothan will observe Halloween on Saturday, October 31, 2015 with Trick-Or-Treat hours from 5:00PM – 8:00PM. In order to provide a safe, well-lit atmosphere for trick-or-treaters, Dothan Utilities customers are being asked to report any street light outages by calling 615-3302.
