Due to the anticipation of extreme heat conditions, the City of Dothan will provide Cooling Centers today (July 14, 2015) until 9:00pm this evening at the following recreation centers: Doug Tew, Walton, Westgate, and Wiregrass. Additionally, Rose Hill Senior Center is open now until 6:00pm as a Cooling Center. Individuals with no ready access to a cool environment, and particularly those at risk for heat-related illness, should use the cooling centers for relief from dangerously high temperatures.
