Dothan Leisure Services’ Jr. Dixie Boys (13 yr. old) and Dixie Boys (14 yr. old) teams competed in the District 6 Dixie Boys Tournament held at Westgate Park in Dothan, AL June 26- July 1. The Junior Dixie Boys (13yr old) team took the Runner Up trophy in their bracket, while the Dixie Boys (14yr old) team captured the District 6 Championship in theirs. DLS Dixie Boys will advance to the State Tournament in Troy, AL July 18-22. If successful at the State Tournament, they will, then, advance to the Dixie Boys World Series in Aiken, SC.
