The City of Dothan is now accepting applications for their Dothan 101: Citizen Government Class. Dothan 101 is designed to enhance citizen awareness and understanding of Dothan City Government’s role in the community. Through hands-on experience with City services ranging from water treatment facilities to law enforcement training, participants in this adult educational program are given an inside look at the City of Dothan and its employees. Classes will be held each Tuesday for nine weeks from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. starting April 14, 2015. This program is free to participants but space is limited.

The application deadline is Friday, April 3, 2015. Applications can be picked-up in the administration department on the second floor of the Dothan Civic Center. To access the application online, go to www.dothan.org and click on the Dothan 101 link in the left hand navigation pane of the homepage. Applications can be faxed to (334) 615-3129.
