Due to the anticipation of extreme heat conditions, the City of Dothan will provide Cooling Centers at all city recreation centers and Rose Hill Senior Center on Wednesday, July 2, 2014. The Cooling Centers will be operational from 9:00am – 6:00pm. Individuals with no ready access to a cool environment, and particularly those at risk for heat-related illness, should use the cooling centers for relief from dangerously high temperatures.
