In observance of the Thanksgiving Holidays on Thursday, November 28, 2013 and Friday, November 29, 2013 the following schedule will apply:
Thursday residents will receive garbage (automated green cart) and recycling pick-up on Wednesday, November 27th. Friday residents will receive garbage (automated green cart) and recycling pick-up on their regularly scheduled day for Friday, November 29th.
Trash (leaves, limbs, junk, etc.) will not be collected for pick-up on Thursday or Friday. There is no make-up day for trash collection. The city landfill will also be closed for these days and will re-open on Monday, December 2, 2013.
The city will resume normal collections after the Thanksgiving Holidays. If you have any questions, the Environmental Services Division can be contacted at 615-3820, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Please remember to place all garbage, recycling, and trash by the curb prior to 6:00 a.m. on the day of your pick-up. Thank you!
