Beginning tomorrow, September 25, 2019, heavy maintenance work will begin on the Westgate Walking/Running and Biking Trails. This maintenance will be taking place over the next month or two. The largest immediate impact will be in Zone 3 from Westgate Softball Complex to Westgate Soccer Complex. Between the hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 am tomorrow, September 25, 2019, both trails will be completely closed. This portion will re-open as close to 10:00 am as possible. Also, in Zone 7 between Westgate Tennis Center and Deerpath Rd adjacent to Kiwanis Park, all Walking/Running Trail traffic will be diverted to the Biking trail until further notice. Please pay attention to and COMPLY with all signage and barriers along the trail as the maintenance will be ongoing.
