The City of Dothan has developed its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for accomplishments attained during the FY 22/23 Program Year, from the projects and programs developed in the Annual Action Plan of the City’s Consolidated Plan as prescribed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Said report outlines actions completed with available resources from HUD and other sources related to the provision of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and other programs as outlined in the City’s 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and FY 2022 Annual Action Plan. A fifteen-day review period from Wednesday, December 13, 2023, through Wednesday, December 27, 2023, is provided to give the public adequate opportunity to review and comment on the report.
Said preliminary CAPER Draft is available during regular business hours at the following locations: (1) Planning & Development Dept & City Clerk’s Office, (2) Dothan-Houston Co. Public Library, 445 N. Oates St., Dothan; (3) Dothan Civic Center, Dothan Municipal Complex, 1st Floor, and (4) the City of Dothan’s website at www.dothan.org.
A summary of all comments received during the review period will be included when the report is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by December 29, 2023.
