Commissioner Kevin Dorsey would like to invite the public to District 1's Clean-Up the Community Day on Saturday, August 30, 2014 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm on Lake Street. The event will start at the intersection of Range Street and Lake Street and end at the intersection of Lake Street and Allen Street. There will be FREE FOOD....barbecue and fish! The City of Dothan's garbage trucks, police department, and animal control unit will be on hand to assist in the efforts. "Whether it's trash, litter, or drugs....let's put our hands together to clean-up our communities!"
