Res. No.__________Executing the Consent Order for the City’s demolition of structures and agreeing to pay a civil penalty of $3,000.00 to the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.

Res. No.__________Accepting funding under the Department of Homeland Security Equipment Grant in the amount of $12,621.24 to be used to purchase equipment for the Dothan Police Bomb Team, and appropriating funds for said purchases.

Res. No.__________Applying for and accepting funding in the amount of $26,900.00 from the 2022 Bureau of Justice Bulletproof Vest Partnership to be used for the purchase of body armor, and appropriating funds for said purchases.

Res. No.__________Submitting an application to the U.S. Department of Justice for a grant award from the 2022 Community Oriented Policing Services Hiring Program in the amount of $906,873.93 to help fund six (6) police officer positions over a three year period and agreeing to provide the required twenty-five percent (25%) local match of $302,291.31 should the grant be fully awarded.
