Res. No._________Declaring certain properties which are overgrown with weeds, scrub, wild bushes, grass and other vegetative growth as injurious to the health, safety and welfare of the community as nuisances and ordering that the properties be abated.

No._________Confirming the cost incurred in notification and abatement of certain properties determined to be nuisances by Resolution Numbers 2020-194 and 2020-207 and turning the costs over to the County Tax Collector so that the amounts can be added to the next regular bills for taxes levied against the respective lots and parcels of land.

No._________Confirming the cost incurred in notification and abatement of certain properties determined to be in violation of Article III, Chapter 106 of the City of Dothan Code of Ordinance (repeat offenders) and turning the costs over to the County Tax Collector so that the amounts can be added to the next regular bills for taxes levied against the respective lots and parcels of land.

Res. No._________Entering into an agreement with NCIC Inmate Communications to provide the Inmate Communications Management System (iCON) for the Dothan City Jail paying the City a commission rate of sixty percent (60%) on completed calls and twenty percent (20%) on video visitation calls.

No._________Approving a cost increase of $7,447.04, of which the City of Dothan’s share is $3,723.52, making the City of Dothan’s final adjusted cost $63,872.22 to the contract the City entered into with MK Development, LLC for the construction of the sanitary sewage system tying into the proposed sewer extension in Charleston Mills Subdivision to serve the Orchard Subdivision.

Res. No._________Approving the Change Order #1 with L and K Contracting Company, Inc., of Dothan, Alabama, for the 2020 Redwater Watermain Replacement Project B, to add $61,754.00 to the original contract amount, resulting in a final contract price of $828,687.00.
