About the Bomb Team
The Bomb and Explosives Devices Unit is a small team within the department that is tasked with responding to a 10 county region of South Alabama. These officers dedicate themselves in preparing to safely function in an all-hazard environment. The team was utilized numerous times during 2011 to render safe procedures.
