Existing Click2Gov Users

All users who have an existing online account but have not accessed the account since  10/20/15 will need to be migrated to the updated system. Please click on the login text in the upper right hand of the login screen to begin the migration process. Enter your account number and pin and follow the prompts.

New User Registration Process

  1. The registration process will require you to have a valid e-mail address to be used during the registration process.  On the login screen please click on the "Create New User" up in the top right of the screen to begin the process.(Remember to include the dash when entering your account number).
  2. Upon successful creation of your registration, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address which you supplied.
  3. Click on the link in the email to validate the account.

Notice:
Internet payments do not automatically remove delinquent accounts from cutoff.

If your account has been scheduled for disconnection of service either for nonpayment or for a returned item and you make an Internet payment to pay your balance, it remains your responsibility to notify the Dothan Utilities Office at (334) 615-4100 to prevent disconnection of your service.

Payments made after 2:00 pm will be applied the following business day.
