Returning User Login | Forgot PIN

New User Registration Process

  1. The registration process will require you to have your utility account number, due date from your most recent bill, and a valid e-mail address (Remember to include the dash when entering your account number).
  2. You may obtain your PIN online. Click on the Create Pin button to create your own PIN.
  3. Upon successful creation of your unique PIN, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address which you supplied.
  4. Click on the link in the email to validate the account. 
  5. This link will send you to a login where you will need to enter your account ID and your newly created PIN. 
  6. After you have completed the steps above, you will be at the login to the online Utility Billing System. (The first time the account ID and the PIN should already be filled in.)

Notice
Internet payments do not automatically remove delinquent accounts from cutoff.

If your account has been scheduled for disconnection of service either for nonpayment or for a returned check and you make an Internet payment to pay your balance, it remains your responsibility to notify the Dothan Utilities Office at (334) 615-4100 to prevent disconnection of your service.

Payments made after 2:00 pm will be applied the following business day.
