PERSONNEL MISSION STATEMENT:
To carry out the provisions of
the Civil Service System for the City of Dothan, be
a strategic partner with city management in all
areas of municipal human resource management and
employee relations, and be a service oriented
department, serving as a resource to the workforce
on employment and human relations issues
