Fire Department Car Seat Clinics The Dothan Fire Department has been accredited by Alabama Safe Kids as a permanent fitting station for child car seat checks. Car seat checks are done daily This service is and open to the public. It will be by appointment ONLY. Contact Captain Jimmy Ward at 615-4533 to make an appointment.       FIRE MISSION STATEMENT: To provide our citizens with a reliable full service response to all emergencies and reduce risk through safety education.
