If your utilities have been cutoff for
non-payment, connections fees will not be reflected in the outstanding
balance until your account is billed. You will need to add the
connection fee(s) to the outstanding balance in order to be paid in full.

PAYMENT HISTORY -
View both applied and pending payments (payments entered
but not posted) and current billing information.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION -
Displays current balance, last payment made, account
status, and current billing information.

CONSUMPTION INFORMATION -
Electric consumption history may be displayed by billing
period or in graph form comparison. Current meter readings and average
daily usage is also displayed.

BILLING HISTORY -
View your past bills including bill date, due
date, balance forward, payments and adjustments, and current charge
detail. Past bills may be easily viewed and printed.

BANK CARD PAYMENTS -
Payments are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Getting started is easy...
Registration Process
Step 1. The
registration process will require you to have your utility account number,
the cycle number from your most recent bill, and a valid e-mail address (Remember
to include the dash when entering your account number).
Step 2.
You may obtain your PIN on-line. Click on the
Create
Pin button to create your own PIN.
Step 3.
Upon successful
creation of your unique PIN, an email confirmation will be sent to the email
address which you supplied.
Step 4.
Click on the link in the email to
validate the account.
Step 5.
This link will send you to a login
where you will need to enter your account ID and your newly created PIN.
Step 6.
After you have completed the steps
above, You will be at the login to the online Utility Billing System.
(The first time the Account ID and the PIN should already be filled in.)

your account has been scheduled for disconnection of service either for
non-payment or for a returned check and you make an Internet payment to pay
your balance, it remains your responsibility to notify the Dothan
Utilities Office at 615-4000 to
prevent disconnection of your service.
