Budget Billing

Many people find it easier to budget if they can pay the same amount for their utilities each month. With budget billing, the City factors last year's usage for an account and averages it out over 12 months plus 10%. The customer pays the same amount each month regardless of usage. Any difference in usage is made up in September. For more information, call 615-4100.

Payment Assistance

Trouble paying your utility bill?
Please contact the Utility Collections office in person before your utilities are cut off. Reasonable accommodations may be made and certain customers may be eligible for one-time financial assistance payments from local community social services.
