No._________Confirming the cost incurred in notification and abatement of certain properties determined to be nuisances by Resolution Numbers 2020-249 and 2020-264 and turning the costs over to the County Tax Collector so that the amounts can be added to the next regular bills for taxes levied against the respective lots and parcels of land.

No._________Confirming the cost incurred in notification and abatement of certain properties determined to be in violation of Article III, Chapter 106 of the City of Dothan Code of Ordinance (repeat offenders) and turning the costs over to the County Tax Collector so that the amounts can be added to the next regular bills for taxes levied against the respective lots and parcels of land.

Res. No._________Approving the Final Summary Change Order with Lewis Construction, LLC for the construction of the New Wading Pool - Water World Project, which results in a cost decrease in the amount of $28,670.00, making the final adjusted contract price $909,130.00.

Res. No._________Approving Change Order #1 with Layne Christensen Company, Inc., for the Little Choctawhatchee WWTP RAS Vertical Turbine Pump Refurbishment, to deduct $80,057.00 from the original contract amount, resulting in a contract price of $49,000.00.

Res. No._________Amending the agreement with Barge Design Solutions, Inc. for professional engineering, architectural design and consultation services for the Water World Slide and Pool Expansion Project, in accordance with Additional Services Addendum Number 1, for an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.

Res. No._________Acquiring additional right-of-way for the Honeysuckle Road Improvements Project Phase I and II, for an estimated amount of $4,000,000.00, and appropriating funds for said project.

Res. No._________Entering into an agreement with Northstar Engineering Services, Inc. for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) services for the addition of a right turn lane on Westgate Parkway 0.21 miles east of the railroad towards Technology Drive to benefit Dothan Warehouse Investors, LLC, in accordance with the agreement for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) Services, for a not to exceed amount of $32,545.00, and appropriating funds for said services.

No._________Awarding the bid and entering into a contract with Lewis, Inc. for an Industrial Access Project, for the addition of a right turn lane on Westgate Parkway 0.21 miles east of the railroad towards Technology Drive, in the amount of $195,930.00, and appropriating funds for said project.

Res. No._________Agreeing to aid the City of Sylacauga, Alabama in its efforts to recover from the devastation left by severe weather on October 28, 2020, by sending utility trucks, equipment, and City employees to operate this equipment.

19.

Res. No._________Accepting the estimate totaling $8,400.00 from CentralSquare to provide training for 30 users under its CentralSquare University eLearning Plan.
