Ord. No._________Amending Chapter 54, Law Enforcement of the Code of Ordinances by adding Article IV, Authority of Chief of Police Disposal of Property/Firearms.

Ord. No._________Amending Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverages, Section 6-102, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Dothan, to revise the boundary of the Entertainment District.

Res. No._________Declaring certain properties which are overgrown with weeds, scrub, wild bushes, grass and other vegetable growth as injurious to the health, safety and welfare of the community as nuisances and ordering that the properties be abated.

No._________Confirming the cost incurred in notification and abatement of certain properties determined to be in violation of Article III, Chapter 106 of the City of Dothan Code of Ordinance (repeat offenders) and turning the costs over to the County Tax Collector so that the amounts can be added to the next regular bills for taxes levied against the respective lots and parcels of land.

Res. No._________Entering into a Professional Service Agreement with PPM Consultants, Inc., for environmental consulting services to implement Brownfield’s Assessment Grant, in an amount not to exceed $276,000.00, and appropriating funds for said grant.

Res. No._________Entering into Memorandum of Agreements (MOU) between Houston County and the City of Dothan for the purpose of leasing two (2) tower spaces, located at 231 Helms Road, Dothan and 283 Recreation Road, Dothan.

No._________Submitting an application to the State of Alabama Department of Education for participation in the At-Risk Afterschool Food Service Program for Children, entering into an agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture for administration of the program and entering into an agreement with the Dothan City Board of Education to provide food services.

Res. No._________Entering into an agreement with the Southern Regional Council on Aging (SARCOA) to administer and operate the Nutrition/Transportation Program of Title III of the Older Americans Act.
