Res. No._________Executing Change Order Number One with Tolleson Construction, LLC for a New Multi-Purpose Facility at Eastgate Park for a net decrease of $2,448.88 and a total contract amount of $1,319,485.12.

Res. No._________Awarding the bid and entering into a contract with Geisler Contracting, Inc., of Headland, Alabama for the 2018 CDBG Sidewalk Project, Alexander Drive Extension, in the amount of $81,064.11.

Res. No._________Entering into an agreement with Houston County for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a roundabout at the intersection of South Park Avenue and Taylor Road within the municipal limits of the City of Dothan, and appropriating funds for said project.

No._________Entering into an agreement, by County Form No. 2, with Houston County through the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) for the relocation of approximately 650 linear feet of water main, and associated valves and fittings to be installed on the newly acquired right-of-way of Taylor Road and Campbellton Highway; said agreement shall enable the City to be reimbursed at a 90/10 cost share with the state funding not to exceed $74,098.74 and the City of Dothan’s share estimated to be $8,233.19, and appropriating funds for said project.
