Res. No._________Awarding the bid, entering into a contract and issuing a Notice to Proceed and other related documents to Tank Pro Inc., for the 2018 Rehab, Elevated Tank 14 Brannon Stand Road (Troy Campus) for the sum of $193,193.00, and appropriating funds for said project.

No._________Entering into a Supplemental Agreement to the original Pipeline Crossing Agreement dated January 15, 1988, between the City of Dothan and CSX Transportation Inc. for the North Beverlye Road Watermain Connection Project; executing the required permit and project documents; and approving funds in the amount of $1,250.00 and additional fees required by CSX Transportation, Inc., to include daily construction management and welding inspection.

Res. No._________Approving Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $8,050.00 to Guardian Fueling Technologies, LLC, bringing the total contract amount to $140,470.00.

No._________Accepting the proposal of APD Urban Planning and Management, to prepare a Memorandum of Understanding with a maximum of two drafts and preparation of the final Memorandum of Understanding for execution between the City and Housing Authority at a cost of $2,500.00; with fee paid by the City, and appropriating funds for said fee.

Res. No._________Entering into an agreement with Time Warner Cable Southeast, LLC to allow Time Warner Cable Southeast, LLC to attach communications cable to City-owned utility poles.

Res. No._________Entering into agreement with Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center, Inc., to provide maintenance services at an annual cost of $483,815.06 (plus approximately $17,000 per year for Rip Hewes Stadium Cleanup).
