This option allows the user to make a payment without registering an account. The Dothan Utilities account number is required. 

Dothan Utilities has changed payment processors and is now taking One-Time payments through MyUsage.

This option allows the user to create a profile for a Dothan Utilities account. Customers will have capability to view bills, set up account alerts, manage auto payment and make payments. Please have your Dothan Utility bill handy when creating the profile.

Dothan Utilities is committed to helping our customers through these difficult times. If you are having trouble paying your utility bill, there are options available to assist you.

Dothan Utilities is currently offering a courtesy extension that will extend the due date of your bill to May 26, 2020 or a payment plan that will allow the balance on your account to be broken down over a few months. A prepay option is available to customers who have an AMI electric and water meter installed.

To apply for an extension or payment plan, complete the form below and submit to our Customer Service team. If you have any questions about these options or are interested in our prepay option, please call our office at (334) 615-4100 and select option 3.

Additional assistance may be available to Dothan Utilities customers through Southeast Alabama Community Action Partnership (SEACAP) at 1-844-680-2044.

Internet payments do not automatically remove delinquent accounts from cutoff. 

If your account has been scheduled for disconnection of service either for nonpayment or for a returned item and you make an Internet payment to pay your balance, it remains your responsibility to notify the Dothan Utilities Office at (334) 615-4100 to prevent disconnection of your service.

Payments made after 2:00 pm will be applied the following business day.
